- How long does the delivery take?
Our delivery times usually range from 4-11 working days. The delivery time consists of two parts:
- Processing time: 1-3 working days for processing (order confirmation, customization, quality control, packaging).
- Delivery time: 3-8 working days, depending on the delivery location. This includes the time from the international shipping center to your door.
- Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the cancellation if your order has already been processed. In that case, we kindly ask you to wait for the arrival of the order.
- How can I track my order?
You can track your order at any time via our order tracking page (in the top menu of the header).
- What happens if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photo evidence of the damage
- Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Ideal
- Bancontact
- How can I return an article?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days in their original condition. Notify our customer service of the return before sending the items back. The shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
- What should I do if I received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you received
- The name of the item you expected
- A photo of the item you received
- Is there a way to exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchange options. If you want to exchange an item, we recommend returning the wrong item and placing a new order for the desired item.
